Option 1 :: The Signature Package : $950.00
Our YPB Signature Package is based on the most common requests of our clients. The package provides you with day of coordination as well as some planning assistance to help ensure the planning process is smooth sailing.
The Signature Package includes:

Up to 9 Hours of "Day of Coordination" the day of your wedding

2 in-person check in meetings

1 Venue Walk Thru’

1 Rental Store/Design meeting (to choose your rentals and receive our discount)

Facilitation of your ceremony rehearsal

Wedding day timeline

Ceremony and reception floorplan design

Customized vendor referrals – access to our little pink book

Option 2 : The Premiere Package $2200.00
The Premiere package is for clients who would like to have more assistance throughout the planning process and on the day of their wedding. We limit the number of these packages to 5 a year. There are currently 2 left for the 2015 wedding year.
The Premiere Package includes:

Up to 12 Hours of "Day of Coordination" the day of your wedding

Monthly in-person planning meetings

Weekly phone/skype check in meetings

À la carte Services
Our Ala Carte services allow you to put together the exact amount of help and service you need for your wedding. This is great if you are looking for coordinators to help set up, or run the "day of" flow of your event, and you are having a shorter wedding. In that case you would simply hire us for the set amount of hours you need at our hourly rate.
Day-Of Coordination :: $100.00/hour
Our planners will take care of the set up, clean up, vendor coordination, problem solving etc while we are on-site. There is a 4 hour minimum. Additionally, all of our ala carte service packages include 1 planning session/venue walk thru prior to the wedding day.
Pre-Wedding Planning :: $50.00/hour
If you are looking for some assistance in the planning aspects of your wedding, but don’t think you need help the day of – our Ala Carte Pre-Planning option is for you. We can help with creating a budget, recommending vendors to fit your style and your budget, creating your timeline and helping you with your décor design. Our Pinterest to Perfect meetings will help you marry your dream décor to your budget and your venue. If you need a little help, give us a call, we will get you started on the right path.
