From the very beginning I was very impressed by Your Perfect Bridesmaid's services. They were professional, courteous, and beyond helpful. Melanie and Kim definitely made the wedding planning process stress free and smooth sailing! We were so blessed to have them as wedding coordinators and pulling off our special day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a wedding coordinator, and if I had to rate them from 1 to 10...it would be a 20! Whenever we needed something or had a question, they always responded quickly! I can't even count the amount of emails exchanged, but Melanie and Kim always had our best interest in hand. They gave us the best advice and I trusted their input wholeheartedly. Melanie was attentive to my needs as a bride and a fabulous friend in crisis as well. When things got stressful, Melanie and Kim stuck up for us. Your Perfect Bridesmaid is definitely a full service package. They were worth every cent, and not only did they provide us with budget friendly vendors, they helped us save money. They even went to IKEA to pick up candles and table number toppers. I hired YPB for day-of coordination. In all honestly, our wedding would not have been a success if weren't for Kim and Your Perfect Bridesmaid. I hired Kim for day-of coordination, but she was available to me for months leading up to the event. This was the kind of hands-on service I desperately needed (because ours was a destination wedding planned from a different state) but never expected to receive. Kim is, straight-up, one of the hardest-working individuals I have ever had the pleasure of collaborating with. She, along with her partner Melanie, kept me on track with the coordination of vendors and services and I am notoriously difficult to keep on task! But most of all, on the day of the wedding, I had no calls to field, no emergencies to deal with, no instruction to give -- Kim did it all. I cannot say enough about Your Perfect Bridesmaid to convey how great they were to work with! From day-of coordination and flower arrangements, they truly did it all! I hired a coordinator for the wedding day so that I didn't have to think about anything except enjoying myself at the wedding, and mission accomplished. And since all but one of my bridesmaids lived across the country, it really did feel like I had two additional bridesmaids to help me with the big decisions, and I knew that they had my best interest in mind. Kim and Melanie are personable, very professional, and very friendly, and they made me feel like I could trust them with decisions that I was too fickle to make myself. I can certainly say that my wedding would not have been as much of a success without their help.

Your Perfect Bridesmaid is priceless! I had a lot of my own plans underway as far as theme and decor, but they are a wealth of inspiration for anyone who may be struggling with a direction. What I can't say enough about is their ability to assist with all of the logistics of your wedding. I was very worried about creating a timeline, and setting up all of these details that weren't the "fun" parts. They effortlessly construct timelines, assist with vendors and streamline all portions of the event. It was beyond amazing to have no worries the day of the wedding and not have any of my friends or family members have to work on such a special day. I felt cool, calm and collected because I knew it was all handled. I recommend these amazing girls to anyone!

Dear Your Perfect Bridesmaid, 

You were not only the perfect Bridesmaid, you were the Perfect Groomsman as well. My wife and I could not have imagined a more beautiful, perfect wedding. We cannot thank you enough for all your hard work throughout the entire process. We have heard that planning a wedding can be stressful, expensive and can cause some tension between the couple. But for us, it was never stressful; you helped us choose the best vendors, and made sure all the contracts were sound. It wasn't too expensive, because you kept our budget in check as well as our expectations. There was no tension, just excitement and joy.

We would also like to thank you for the flowers. We never imagined our small flower budget could go that far. We really felt like you went above and beyond in order to get us as many flowers as you could. My wife’s bouquet was very impressive; it was better then she could have ever imagined.

The day of the wedding was amazing. Everything at the venue was handled perfectly. If there was anything that went wrong, we never knew it. It was great to have our families and friends be able to sit back and truly enjoy the wedding.

To all the future grooms who think that having a wedding coordinator is not needed or too expensive, I would tell you to reconsider. It will not only save your sanity and money, it may also save your future marriage.
